- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt until combined.
- In another bowl, mix eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture and stir until just combined.
- Fill each cupcake liner about two-thirds full with batter and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow cupcakes to cool completely on a wire rack before frosting and decorating as desired.
