- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and pit cherries. If using frozen, thaw them completely. In a bowl, combine cherries with sugar, flour, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
- Roll out one pie crust and place it into the pie pan.
- Pour the cherry mixture into the crust evenly.
- Roll out the second crust and cover the filling; seal edges by pinching.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and juices bubble through vents. Let cool slightly before serving.
