  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté onions until translucent. Add garlic and mushrooms; cook until tender.
  4. Stir in flour and cook for about two minutes. Gradually whisk in chicken broth and heavy cream until thickened.
  5. In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, turkey, and sauce; mix well before transferring to the baking dish.
  6. Top with cheddar cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
