Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 8 slices whole grain bread
  • 2 cups cooked turkey breast, sliced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 8 slices bacon cooked until crispy
Condiments
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels.
  2. In the same skillet, lightly toast the bread slices on both sides.
Assemble the Sandwiches
  1. Spread mayonnaise and mustard on one side of each slice of toasted bread.
  2. Layer the turkey, spinach, cheddar cheese, and bacon on four slices of bread, then top with the remaining slices.
Cook the Sandwiches
  1. Return the sandwiches to the skillet and cook over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
Serve
  1. Remove the sandwiches from the skillet, cut in half, and serve warm.
