Prepare the Ingredients
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, lightly toast the bread slices on both sides.
Assemble the Sandwiches
- Spread mayonnaise and mustard on one side of each slice of toasted bread.
- Layer the turkey, spinach, cheddar cheese, and bacon on four slices of bread, then top with the remaining slices.
Cook the Sandwiches
- Return the sandwiches to the skillet and cook over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
Serve
