Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Gather all ingredients on a clean surface.

  3. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape into patties about one inch thick.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375°F). Oil the grates lightly.
  5. Grill patties for 5-6 minutes per side until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  6. Toast burger buns on the grill for about one minute.
  7. Assemble burgers with desired toppings and sauces.
