Ingredients
  

Brownie Base
  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Chocolate and Raspberries
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries washed and dried
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

Method
 

Prepare the Oven and Pan
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Whisk until smooth.
Mix the Wet Ingredients
  1. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture. Whisk until fully combined.
Combine Dry Ingredients
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients
  1. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
Add Chocolate and Raspberries
  1. Fold in the semi-sweet, white, and dark chocolate chips, along with the fresh raspberries.
Bake the Brownies
  1. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Cool and Serve
  1. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before lifting them out using the parchment paper. Cut into squares and serve.
