Prepare the Oven and Pan
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Whisk until smooth.
Mix the Wet Ingredients
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture. Whisk until fully combined.
Combine Dry Ingredients
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
Add Chocolate and Raspberries
- Fold in the semi-sweet, white, and dark chocolate chips, along with the fresh raspberries.
Bake the Brownies
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Cool and Serve
- Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before lifting them out using the parchment paper. Cut into squares and serve.
