Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz fresh ravioli (cheese or spinach)
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • for frying vegetable oil
  • 1 cup marinara sauce for dipping

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook ravioli according to package instructions; drain and let cool.

  4. Dip each ravioli into the egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat; fry ravioli until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve immediately with marinara sauce.
