Ingredients
  

  • 2 fillets salmon 6 oz each
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup cooked sushi rice
  • 1 whole ripe avocado sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 stalks green onions thinly sliced

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Marinate salmon fillets in teriyaki sauce for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Place marinated salmon on a lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until flaky.
  3. In serving dishes, layer with a scoop of sushi rice, followed by flaked salmon and slices of avocado.
  4. Drizzle additional teriyaki sauce on top and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
