Ingredients
  

Flatbread Base
  • 2 pieces Flatbread Store-bought or homemade
Toppings
  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach Washed and chopped
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese Crumbled
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper To taste

Method
 

Prepare the Oven
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Prepare the Flatbread
  1. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
Add Toppings
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread the spinach mixture evenly over the flatbreads.
  3. Sprinkle the crumbled feta and shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake the Pizza
  1. Drizzle olive oil over the top of the pizzas.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm.
