Method
Prepare the Oven
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Prepare the Flatbread
- Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
Add Toppings
- In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the spinach mixture evenly over the flatbreads.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta and shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake the Pizza
- Drizzle olive oil over the top of the pizzas.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm.
