Prepare the Rice

- Add taco seasoning, black beans, corn, and salsa to the skillet. Stir well and cook for an additional 5 minutes until heated through.
Assemble the Taco Rice Bowl
- In bowls, layer the cooked rice, then top with the taco filling. Add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, and jalapeños as desired.
