Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour plus more for dusting
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk warm
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 large egg
Filling
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
Topping
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, melted butter, and sugar. Stir in yeast and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add egg and gradually mix in flour until a soft dough forms. Knead for about 5 minutes until smooth.
Make the Filling
  1. In another bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fold in sliced strawberries gently.
Assemble the Rolls
  1. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle. Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the dough.
  2. Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into 8 equal pieces. Place in a greased baking dish.
Bake the Rolls
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Let the rolls rise for 20 minutes.
  2. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Prepare the Topping
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
