Method
Prepare the Dough

- Add egg and gradually mix in flour until a soft dough forms. Knead for about 5 minutes until smooth.

- In another bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in sliced strawberries gently.
Assemble the Rolls
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle. Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into 8 equal pieces. Place in a greased baking dish.
Bake the Rolls
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Let the rolls rise for 20 minutes.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

- In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
