Prepare Cauliflower Wings
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing excess to drip off, then place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
Make Honey Garlic Sauce
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Combine and Serve
- Once the cauliflower wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and toss them in the honey garlic sauce until well coated.
- Serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds or chopped green onions if desired.
