Ingredients
  

Cauliflower Wings
  • 1 head Cauliflower Cut into florets
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Honey Garlic Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce Use low-sodium if preferred
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil

Method
 

Prepare Cauliflower Wings
  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing excess to drip off, then place on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
Make Honey Garlic Sauce
  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
  2. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Combine and Serve
  1. Once the cauliflower wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and toss them in the honey garlic sauce until well coated.
  2. Serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds or chopped green onions if desired.

Notes
