Prepare the Ingredients
- Slice the sirloin steak against the grain into thin strips.
- Peel and devein the shrimp if not already done.
- Slice the bell pepper, onion, and prepare the broccoli and snap peas.
Make the Sauce
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, minced ginger, and minced garlic.
- In another small bowl, mix cornstarch with water until smooth.
Stir Fry
- Heat the wok over high heat and add a tablespoon of oil.
- Add the steak strips and stir fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add the shrimp and cook for another 2-3 minutes until they turn pink.
- Add the vegetables and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Pour in the sauce and cornstarch mixture, stir well to combine and thicken.
Serve
- Remove from heat, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, and serve hot.
