Cook Pasta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the elbow macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Make Cheese Sauce
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until golden.
- Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until the cheeses are melted and the sauce is smooth.
Combine Ingredients
- Add the cooked macaroni, chopped spinach, and artichokes to the cheese sauce. Stir until well combined.
Bake
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
Serve
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your Spinach Artichoke Mac and Cheese!
