  • 8 pieces crunchy taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Form the ground beef into small patties (about 2 tablespoons each).
  3. Place patties in the skillet and smash down with a spatula until flat.
  4. Cook for about 3 minutes, then flip and sprinkle cheese on top.
  5. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until cheese melts.
  6. Assemble tacos: add a patty to each shell, followed by lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup, and mustard.
