Ingredients
  

Casserole Base
  • 2 lbs Russet Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 lb Ground Beef cooked and drained
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Cream of Mushroom Soup can
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Green Bell Pepper diced
  • 1 cup Corn frozen or canned

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, cooked ground beef, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, green bell pepper, and corn.
Cook in Slow Cooker
  1. Transfer the mixture to the slow cooker and spread it evenly.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
Serve
  1. Once cooked, stir the casserole gently and serve hot.
