Prepare the Ingredients
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, cooked ground beef, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, green bell pepper, and corn.
Cook in Slow Cooker
- Transfer the mixture to the slow cooker and spread it evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
Serve
- Once cooked, stir the casserole gently and serve hot.
