Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced zucchini, chopped onion, and bell pepper.
- Add the sour cream, shredded cheese, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the vegetables and mix well.
Assembly
- Grease a casserole dish with olive oil.
- Pour the vegetable mixture into the prepared casserole dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the top of the casserole.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the vegetables are tender.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
