Ingredients
  

Shrimp Filling
  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for cooking
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Taco Assembly
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup cabbage shredded
  • 1 medium avocado sliced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream for topping
  • 1 lime lime cut into wedges

Method
 

Prepare the Shrimp
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
Assemble the Tacos
  1. Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
  2. Place a portion of the cooked shrimp on each tortilla.
  3. Top with shredded cabbage, avocado slices, and chopped cilantro.
  4. Drizzle with sour cream and serve with lime wedges.
