Ingredients
  

Shrimp Filling
  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Taco Assembly
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup cabbage shredded
  • 1 medium avocado sliced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Shrimp
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  2. Let the shrimp marinate for about 10 minutes.
Cook the Shrimp
  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are pink and opaque.
Assemble the Tacos
  1. Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  2. Place cooked shrimp on each tortilla, then top with shredded cabbage, avocado slices, sour cream, lime juice, and chopped cilantro.
