Cooking Steps
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then sear them skin-side down until crispy.
  2. Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
  3. In a separate pot, bring vegetable broth to a boil and cook orzo pasta according to package instructions.
  4. Once the orzo is cooked, drain it and mix it with lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve the seared salmon on top of the lemon orzo, garnished with lemon wedges and additional parsley.
