Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped dried cranberries, parsley, chives, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Assemble the Roll Ups
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
- If using, add a layer of shredded turkey on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
Bake the Roll Ups
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the roll-ups on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
