Method
Prepare the Baking Sheet
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Make the Caramel
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine caramel candies and heavy cream. Stir until melted and smooth.
Assemble the Bark
- Spread the crushed pretzel sticks evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Pour the melted caramel over the pretzels, spreading it evenly.
Add the Chocolate
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the caramel layer.
Finish and Chill
- Sprinkle sea salt over the top and refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set.
- Once set, break into pieces and serve.
