Ingredients
  

Pretzel Base
  • 2 cups pretzel sticks crushed
Caramel Layer
  • 1 cup caramel candies unwrapped
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
Chocolate Layer
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Topping
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt for sprinkling

Method
 

Prepare the Baking Sheet
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Make the Caramel
  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine caramel candies and heavy cream. Stir until melted and smooth.
Assemble the Bark
  1. Spread the crushed pretzel sticks evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  2. Pour the melted caramel over the pretzels, spreading it evenly.
Add the Chocolate
  1. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  2. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the caramel layer.
Finish and Chill
  1. Sprinkle sea salt over the top and refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set.
  2. Once set, break into pieces and serve.
