  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup onion rings crispy
  • 4 soft burger buns
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese optional

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into four thick patties.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high or use a stovetop skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Grill or pan-fry the patties for 4-5 minutes per side for medium doneness. Add cheese during the last minute if desired.
  4. Generously slather barbecue sauce on each patty after cooking.
  5. Place each patty on a bun, top with onion rings, and any other preferred toppings.
  6. Plate the burgers alongside fries or a salad.
