Ingredients
  

Stuffing
  • 4 oz goat cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup walnuts chopped
  • 1 tbsp honey optional
Dates
  • 16 pcs Medjool dates pitted
Garnish
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened goat cheese, chopped walnuts, and honey. Mix until well combined.
  2. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Stuff the Dates
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Carefully open each pitted date and stuff with the goat cheese mixture.
Roast the Dates
  1. Place the stuffed dates on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Roast in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the dates are warm and slightly caramelized.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  2. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
