Prepare Meatballs
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, ground beef, Parmesan cheese, beaten egg, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and parsley.
- Mix until well combined, then form into meatballs about 1.5 inches in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake Meatballs
- Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and browned.
Prepare Sauce
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the baked meatballs to the sauce and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve
- Serve the ricotta meatballs hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
