Method
Prepare the Chicken
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken.
Add Cream Cheese and Broth
- Add the softened cream cheese on top of the chicken.
- Pour the chicken broth over the cream cheese and chicken.
Add Vegetables
- Add the diced onions and bell peppers on top.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix everything together.
Serve
- Serve warm over rice, pasta, or in a wrap.
