Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Ranch Seasoning
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
Cream Cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup chicken broth
Vegetables
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
Salt and Pepper
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken.
Add Cream Cheese and Broth
  1. Add the softened cream cheese on top of the chicken.
  2. Pour the chicken broth over the cream cheese and chicken.
Add Vegetables
  1. Add the diced onions and bell peppers on top.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook
  1. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  2. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix everything together.
Serve
  1. Serve warm over rice, pasta, or in a wrap.
