Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Chow Mein noodles
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Carrots julienned
  • 2 cups Cabbage sliced
  • 1/2 cup Green onions chopped
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil

Method
 

  1. Cook the Chow Mein noodles according to package instructions.
  2. In a wok or large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add julienned carrots and sliced cabbage to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes, until softened.
  4. Add chopped green onions, soy sauce, and oyster sauce; stir well to combine.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Drizzle sesame oil over the chow mein just before serving.
