Mix Ingredients
- In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, protein powder, mini chocolate chips, and M&Ms.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined.
Form Balls
- Using your hands, scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball.
- Place the formed balls on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Repeat until all the mixture is used up.
Chill and Serve
- Refrigerate the protein balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Enjoy as a quick snack or post-workout treat!
