Ingredients
  

Bagel Base
  • 4 pieces Bagels Split in half
Quiche Filling
  • 4 large Eggs Beaten
  • 1 cup Milk Whole or 2%
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 1 cup Spinach Fresh, chopped
  • 1 cup Cooked Bacon Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Oven
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Make the Quiche Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  2. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped spinach, cooked bacon, salt, and black pepper.
Stuff the Bagels
  1. Place the bagel halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
  2. Spoon the quiche filling generously into each bagel half.
Bake
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the egg is set and the tops are golden.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
