Prepare the Oven
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix the Cottage Cheese Base
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, beaten egg, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix well.
Layer the Ingredients
- Spread half of the pizza sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer the cottage cheese mixture on top, followed by the diced bell pepper, spinach, mushrooms, and black olives.
- Top with the remaining pizza sauce and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake the Dish
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
