Prepare the Ingredients
- Slice the beef, bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms. Mince the garlic.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Cook the Vegetables
- Add the sliced onions and bell peppers to the skillet and sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.
- Add the mushrooms and garlic, and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
Cook the Beef
- Push the vegetables to the side of the skillet and add the sliced beef.
- Cook the beef for about 5-7 minutes until browned, stirring occasionally.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper, mixing everything together.
Add Cheese and Serve
- Sprinkle the shredded provolone cheese over the beef and vegetable mixture.
- Cover the skillet for a couple of minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Serve the cheesesteak mixture in bowls and enjoy!
