Prepare the Cabbage
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and cut it into 1-inch thick slices to create 'steaks'.
Season the Cabbage
- In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Brush both sides of the cabbage steaks with the garlic oil mixture.
Roast the Cabbage
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the cabbage steaks on it.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the edges are crispy and the cabbage is tender.
Serve
- Remove from the oven and serve hot as a side dish or main course.
