Method
Prepare the Dough
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
- Add warm milk and melted butter, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Cover and let rise for 30 minutes in a warm place.
Make the Filling
- In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, cinnamon, and crushed Oreo cookies.
Assemble the Rolls
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread the filling evenly over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into 8 equal pieces.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish.
- Let them rise for another 15 minutes.
Bake the Rolls
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Prepare the Frosting
- In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
