Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup milk warm
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
Filling
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup Oreo cookies crushed
Frosting
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup butter softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add warm milk and melted butter, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes in a warm place.
Make the Filling
  1. In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, cinnamon, and crushed Oreo cookies.
Assemble the Rolls
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  3. Spread the filling evenly over the dough.
  4. Roll the dough tightly and cut into 8 equal pieces.
  5. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish.
  6. Let them rise for another 15 minutes.
Bake the Rolls
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Prepare the Frosting
  1. In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Serve
  1. Spread the frosting over warm cinnamon rolls and enjoy!
