Ingredients
  

  • 4 fillets salmon, 6 oz each
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the orange juice, honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic until combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the baking sheet and pour half of the glaze over them. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  4. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Optionally, broil for an additional minute to caramelize the glaze further.
  6. Drizzle with remaining glaze, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve.
