Ingredients
  

  • 1 box (15.25 oz) red velvet cake mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup cream cheese frosting
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup colorful sprinkles optional

Method
 

  1. Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions using water, vegetable oil, and eggs.
  2. Bake as directed and cool completely.
  3. Crumble the cooled cake into a mixing bowl.

  5. Roll into small balls and place on parchment paper.
  6. Melt white chocolate chips in the microwave and coat each ball; return to parchment paper and add sprinkles if desired.
  7. Refrigerate for about an hour until set.
