Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream whipped to soft peaks
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

Prepare the crust
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even layer.
Make the filling
  1. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture. Mix until fully incorporated.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream until no streaks remain.
Assemble the cheesecake
  1. Pour the filling over the prepared crust in the springform pan.
  2. Smooth the top with a spatula and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Serve
  1. Once set, remove the cheesecake from the springform pan and slice into wedges.
