Method
Prepare the Marinade
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken wings to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
Bake the Wings
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
- Arrange the marinated chicken wings in a single layer on the wire rack.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
Serve
- Remove the wings from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing on the side.

Notes
For extra heat, increase the amount of cayenne pepper in the marinade. These wings can also be grilled for a smoky flavor.
