Crust Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, combine flour and granulated sugar. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Press into a tart pan evenly.
- Blind bake the crust with parchment paper and pie weights for about 15 minutes until lightly golden. Allow to cool.
Filling Preparation
- In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, orange juice, and zest until smooth. Pour filling into the cooled crust.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until set. Cool completely at room temperature.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving. Dust with powdered sugar before slicing.
