Ingredients
  

  • 4 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • salsa optional

Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients and heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add olive oil to the skillet.
  3. Place one tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle half with cheese, and fold it over.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from heat, let cool for a minute, slice into triangles, and serve with salsa.
