Creamy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter for sautéing
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese plus extra for serving
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg freshly grated, optional
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Prepare the Creamy Sauce
  1. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  2. Season with salt, black pepper, and nutmeg. Let the sauce simmer for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Combine and Serve

  2. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
