Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the maple syrup, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Roasting
- Add the carrot sticks to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the maple mixture.
- Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- In the last 5 minutes of roasting, sprinkle the dried cranberries over the carrots.
Serving
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
- Serve warm as a side dish.
