Method
Prepare the Mojito
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh mint leaves and lime juice together to release the mint oils.
- Add the lychee fruit, rose syrup, and white rum (if using) to the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into serving glasses filled with ice.
- Top off each glass with club soda and stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with additional mint leaves, lime slices, and a lychee on top.

For a non-alcoholic version, simply omit the white rum.
