Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 1 cup mayonnaise preferably homemade or high-quality
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce such as Tabasco
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon paprika preferably smoked
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
Fresh Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons capers finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons green onions finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon pickle relish

Method
 

Prepare the Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and lemon juice.
  2. Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and well blended.
  3. Add the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until incorporated.
  4. Fold in the chopped capers, green onions, parsley, and pickle relish.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
