Prepare the Sauce

- Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and well blended.
- Add the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until incorporated.
- Fold in the chopped capers, green onions, parsley, and pickle relish.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
