Method
Prepare the Graham Cracker Base
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish to form an even layer.
Make the Lemon Cream
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth.
- Add the lemon juice and lemon zest, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Layer the Ingredients
- Spread half of the lemon cream mixture over the graham cracker base.
- Sprinkle half of the blueberries on top of the lemon cream.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining lemon cream and blueberries.
Chill and Serve
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
- Cut into squares and serve chilled, garnished with extra blueberries if desired.
