Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 12 sheets Lasagna Noodles Cooked according to package instructions
Filling
  • 15 oz Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 cup Fresh Spinach Chopped
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
Sauce
  • 2 cups Marinara Sauce Store-bought or homemade

Method
 

Prepare the Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, half of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Set the filling aside.
Assemble the Roll Ups
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. Take a cooked lasagna noodle, spread about 2-3 tablespoons of the filling on it, and roll it up tightly. Place seam-side down in the baking dish.
  4. Repeat with remaining noodles and filling.
Bake the Lasagna Roll Ups
  1. Once all roll ups are in the dish, pour the remaining marinara sauce over the top and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  2. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  3. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Serve
  1. Let the roll ups cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious lasagna roll ups!
