Ingredients
  

Jalapeno Popper Filling
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 medium jalapenos seeded and diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
Pigs in a Blanket
  • 1 package crescent roll dough 8 oz
  • 12 mini hot dogs

Method
 

Prepare the Jalapeno Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced jalapenos, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
  2. Set the filling aside.
Assemble the Pigs in a Blanket
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  3. Place a small spoonful of the jalapeno filling at the wide end of each triangle, then place a mini hot dog on top.
  4. Roll the dough around the hot dog and filling, starting from the wide end.
  5. Place the wrapped hot dogs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
