Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 12 pieces slider buns
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers and onions (mixed)
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Cook the chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown; let rest before slicing.
  4. Slice slider buns in half and layer each bottom with provolone cheese, followed by sliced chicken, marinara sauce, and peppers/onions.
  5. Bake assembled sliders for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar before adding top buns. Serve hot.
