- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a cake pan and prepare the cake mix according to package instructions by adding water, eggs, and melted butter.
- Bake until golden brown. Cool completely before crumbling the cake into fine pieces.
- In a large bowl, mix crumbled cake with icing until well combined but not too gooey.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze for at least 1 hour until firm.
- Melt chocolate melts according to package instructions. Dip pop sticks in chocolate then insert into each ball. Coat each ball in chocolate and add sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
