Ingredients
  

  • 1 box vanilla cake mix 15.25 oz
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup icing your choice of flavor
  • 1 cup chocolate melts for coating
  • sprinkles for decoration

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a cake pan and prepare the cake mix according to package instructions by adding water, eggs, and melted butter.
  2. Bake until golden brown. Cool completely before crumbling the cake into fine pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, mix crumbled cake with icing until well combined but not too gooey.
  4. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Freeze for at least 1 hour until firm.
  6. Melt chocolate melts according to package instructions. Dip pop sticks in chocolate then insert into each ball. Coat each ball in chocolate and add sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
