Prepare the Chicken

- Dip each chicken tender into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
Fry the Chicken

- Fry the chicken tenders in batches for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
Make the Hot Honey Sauce
- In a small saucepan, combine honey, hot sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Heat over low heat until warm and well mixed.
Serve
- Place the fried chicken tenders on a wire rack to drain excess oil.
- Drizzle the hot honey sauce over the chicken tenders before serving.
