Ingredients
  

Chicken Tenders
  • 1 pound chicken tenders boneless and skinless
Breading
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 large eggs beaten
Hot Honey Sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Oil for Frying
  • 2 cups vegetable oil for frying

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Dip each chicken tender into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
Fry the Chicken
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Fry the chicken tenders in batches for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
Make the Hot Honey Sauce
  1. In a small saucepan, combine honey, hot sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Heat over low heat until warm and well mixed.
Serve
  1. Place the fried chicken tenders on a wire rack to drain excess oil.
  2. Drizzle the hot honey sauce over the chicken tenders before serving.
