Method
Prepare the Sauce
- In a small bowl, mix together honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Set aside.
Cook the Chicken
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula.
Add Aromatics and Broccoli
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet. Stir and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp.
Combine with Sauce
- Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken and broccoli. Stir well to coat everything evenly and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Serve
- Remove from heat, garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot.
